Alpha News Ng reports that a certain Man, Mr Monsuru Olaitan, who reside in Idi Arere, Ibadan, Oyo State was said to have beaten his pregnant wife to the point of coma. The wife was pronounced dead in the hospital on 10th of February, 2022.
Accoding to report, this is not their first time, as the man had been abusing her but she endured the battering and wishes to continue living with him despite several advices from from relatives.
Our source said the lady, Opeyemi already had three children for Monsuru Olaitan, and was on her fourth pregnancy before the incident happened.
They quarrelled and in the process she hit her head on the wall which resulted in her collapse and was rushed to the hospital. They thought she will make it but she ended up given up.
As at the time of writing this, the husband is still at large, he has taken heels and he is no where to be found.
The lady has been buried as her family is said to have accepted it as the will of God.
