Barcelona have agreed a deal to sign Raphinha from Leeds United, reports the Daily Mail.
The Premier League had demanded £55million up front for the Brazil winger, with another £8m in add-ons.
It is a figure Barca are now willing to meet after weeks of negotiation.
Chelsea had earlier agreed a similar deal with Leeds, but Raphinha was keen to sign for the LaLiga giants.
This has forced Thomas Tuchel to quickly wrap up a deal for Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling, who has undergone his medicals on Sunday.
The 25-year-old also snubbed a move to Arsenal, who were the first team to be linked with him this summer.
