The ravaging scarcity of Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, popularly known as petrol, has dragged a Nigerian controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola known by his stage name, Portable, to join the queue in a fuel station. Portable, in a video making the rounds on social media, was sighted queueing at a petrol station in Lagos in search of the product. In the video, the Zazu crooner was lamenting that fuel scarcity forced celebrities to search for the product themselves. He said, “Because of scarcity, celebrity is coming out to buy fuel by himself, this is suffering. See as I’m sweating inside my motor, I wanted to put on my A/C but there is no fuel. I need A/C we need fuel”. The fuel scarcity has crippled several economic activities in Abuja, Lagos and other major cities.
