An insider in the camp of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has revealed what he plans to do if he fails to get the presidential ticket of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
A report by Daily Trust stated that the insider who is a member of Tinubu’s Camp spoke on the condition of anonymity. He said that Tinubu plans to stay back in APC if he loses the ticket. The source added that Tinubu would not dump APC to another party if that happens. Rather, he would stay back to support the party in the election. He made this disclosure on the feels of the report that President Muhammadu Buhari is allegedly backing an aspirant from the North. The report cited above added that the cabal succeeded in selling the idea to Buhari. This development has further heightened speculations over who Buhari is backing ahead of the forthcoming APC primary.
